Mr. Hall is a certified mediator in civil and domestic cases for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He was one of the first mediators to be certified in Eastern Kentucky and has mediated hundreds of cases. Mr. Hall is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.
